Oportunidade: Engenheiro de Operações Digital DevOps - Pleno
Requisitos:
Gestão de ambientes Azure;
Uso de ferramentas como Azure DevOps, GitHub ou GitHub Actions para validar requisitos, fazer deploy e solucionar problemas de código em ambientes de teste e produção;
Comunicação efetiva para impulsionar melhorias contínuas com stakeholders, fornecedores e especialistas em tecnologia;
Desenvolvimento e operação de Terraform (IaC – Infrastructure as Code);
Construção, manutenção e controle de ambientes de stage e produção;
Troubleshooting de incidentes em ambientes de stage e produção;
Monitoramento proativo e alertas de todos os componentes da plataforma;
Garantia de saúde e capacidade do sistema, revisando e ajustando conforme necessário;
Documentação de SOPs (Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão) e transferência de conhecimento;
Conhecimento em containerização (ex.: Docker) e ao menos uma tecnologia de banco de dados (MySQL, MS-SQL ou PostgreSQL);
Experiência com ferramentas de gerenciamento de código (GitHub ou GitLab);
Conhecimento em CI/CD pipelines e deployments;
Experiência em administração Linux e Windows;
Experiência em gerenciamento de configuração multi-plataforma (Chef, Ansible, Puppet ou Salt);
Desenvolvimento e manutenção do entendimento da arquitetura técnica e design de serviços de aplicação;
Definição e manutenção de processos administrativos para suportar serviços e aplicações;
Capacidade de trabalhar em ambientes técnicos complexos.

Atividades :
Responsável pelas operações de Digital DevOps, incluindo o deploy de código e atualizações tecnológicas em ambientes de produção e homologação. Responsável por monitoramento, troubleshooting e manutenção de ambientes que envolvem linguagens de desenvolvimento, aplicações COTS e infraestrutura (cloud e on-premises).
Amplo conhecimento das funções de negócios para resolver desafios tecnológicos críticos e estratégicos.
Garantir o cumprimento de SLAs (Service Level Agreements) para suporte de aplicações de Nível 2 e 3, independentemente da origem do serviço.
