We are seeking a highly skilled Conversational Solutions Architect to guide our engineers and shape our cutting-edge platforms. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and enhancing conversational AI solutions, integrating advanced technologies like NLP and machine learning to deliver exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of conversational solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Design scalable systems that can handle real-time interactions and integrate various channels of communication. Mentor a team of engineers, promoting best practices and innovation in software development. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver high-quality products. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in conversational AI and incorporate relevant advancements into our offerings. Ensure robust testing and deployment processes, maintaining high standards of code quality and system reliability. Requirements: Proven experience as a technical lead of a Software Development team. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Expertise in software development, with a strong focus on AI and conversational solutions. Strong understanding of microservices, cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Proven experience in leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and driving collaborative projects. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for developing innovative solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
