Actively improves the skills of others through training /coaching /mentoring·        Accountable for the outcomes and continued performance and improvement of 1 -2 squads·        Perform UX activities in Product Team·        Coach/Mentor product owners, scrum masters, development teams in User Centred Design ways of working, building effective teams focused on delivering Business Value respecting user needs, managing both local and global teams·        Drive overall UX maturity level and monitor usability performance·        Collaborate with stakeholders and executive management teams in quality control of the User Experience area·        Participate actively in defining future User Experience maturity level and UX Governance for Volvo Group·        Develop agile ways of working in business critical and strategic areas, interacting with senior management and multiple TD/BAs·        Provide training towards management teams·        Be a proven specialist within agile area·        Lead, mentor and share experience with agile coaches
