Nós da Cadmus junto com o nosso parceiro Eurofins, que é uma multinacional de serviços de testes analíticos com mais de 61 mil colaboradores e cerca de 1 000 laboratórios em 61 países, estamos em busca de uma pessoa Release Manager.

O Release Manager será responsável por gerenciar implantações de builds, integrar novos ambientes, conduzir projetos transversais e elaborar documentação de release, compartilhando planos com stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Gerenciar riscos e resolver problemas que impactem escopo, prazo e qualidade das releases.
Facilitar atividades de release garantindo qualidade e implantações pontuais.
Manter cronograma de releases e alinhar com parceiros e fornecedores.
Coordenar conteúdo e esforços de release com base em backlog, solicitações pendentes e atualizações de terceiros ou sistemas.
Comunicar planos, cronogramas e mudanças para stakeholders.
Conduzir revisões de readiness, milestones e Go/No-Go.
Produzir Deployment, Run Books e planos de implementação.
Participar de reuniões CAB para apresentar mudanças em produção (RFCs).
Liderar atividades de Go-Live, executando checklists e planos de implantação.
Reportar semanalmente ao Program Release Manager.
Melhorar continuamente processos de release, recomendando automação e melhorias.

Requisitos:

Requisitos

Inglês avançado (escrito, falado e apresentações).
Conhecimento em pipelines de CI/CD e implantação em cloud (preferencialmente Azure).
Experiência com ferramenta de deploy Octopus.
Experiência com MS Project e Excel-Macros.
Gestão de documentação conforme compliance/auditoria.
4–5 anos de experiência em gestão de releases e deploys.
Capacidade de coordenar equipes cross-functional e liderar projetos complexos.
Habilidades analíticas, de troubleshooting e organização.

CI/Build: Octopus Deploy
Controle de versão: Azure DevOps
Monitoramento: Grafana
