What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in Data Engineering, ML or MLOps roles (with ML/AI in production)
- Strong Python skills (CI/CD, API deployment, data workflows)
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI, Jenkins
- Hands-on with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, DVC), cloud or hybrid environments
- Deep understanding of ML lifecycle, governance, and operational challenges
- Clear communication and ownership mindset. Comfortable leading cross-functional projects
- English: Professional working proficiency required (B2/C1)
Nice to have :
- Coding : Bash / YAML / SQL
- Experience of developing and deploying Agentic tools
- Experience working with security teams or implementing IAM and data protection policies
- French B2
