We are looking for Support Analyst (Application), who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role you will Main point of contact for our end users, providing essential support for business applications; Responsible forinvestigating, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues, ensuring users have a smooth and productive experience. Mandatory Skills Diagnose and correct faults, answer technical questions, ensure systems operate without interruptions; Escalate complex problems to other teams, document incidents, and assist in the deployment of new applications; Knowledge of: Java/Python, PEGA (AI), MongoDB/SQL; English is mandatory; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience in Data, IT or a closely related field. Desirable Skills Administration of Linux and Windows enviroments; Working to solve problems efficiently, in order to prevent them from recurring, and identifying scenarios that could lead to failures in the future; Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-disciplinary research environment. > > > > > What do we offer?
