Beerenberg is seeking a Project/Logistical Coordinator – Level 3 to manage the logistical coordination of tools, consumables, and materials for project execution. Based in Macaé, this role involves collaboration with project managers and overseeing operations at our Macaé warehouse and a small consumables warehouse in Rio de Janeiro. The position requires fluency in English and Portuguese. 


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Logistical Coordination: 
  • Oversee logistics for tools, consumables, and materials across projects. 
  • Collaborate with project managers and procurement for timely resource acquisition. 
  • Manage the receipt and control of goods. 
  • Inventory Management: 
  • Maintain accurate inventory control and reporting. 
  • Oversee warehouse organization in Macaé and Rio de Janeiro. 
  • Support for Project Managers: 
  • Assist with logistical preparations for projects. 
  • Facilitate communication with suppliers and customers. 
  • Coordination with Procurement: 
  • Ensure materials meet project requirements. 
  • Manage logistical coordination for material deliveries. 


Requirements: 

  • Minimum 5 years in a similar role, preferably in Oil & Gas. 
  • Proficient in MS Office 365. 
  • Fluent in both English and Portuguese.
