We help some of the largest companies across legal, health, financial, and infrastructure sectors automate their operations through no-code AI. We're looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy Automation BDR (Business Development Representative) to own our top-of-funnel: identifying, qualifying, and activating leads so our closers can focus on what they do best — closing.

You'll excel here if you:
- Think like a full-stack prospector — from list building to outreach to handoff
- Know how to spot intent (event participation, content engagement, tech stack signals)
- Use bots or AI to qualify leads and book meetings (ex: lead forms, enrichment flows, chatbot)
- Love creating experiments to optimize response rates and meeting volume
- Want to grow into a future Account Executive or Demand Gen leader
- Thrive in fast-paced environments where speed beats perfection
Your day-to-day:
- Build highly targeted lead lists using tools like Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo
- Enrich and qualify leads using automation and AI tools (e.g. Clearbit, Dropcontact, PhantomBuster)
- Identify signals of buying intent (e.g. event attendees, followers, content viewers)
- Run multichannel outreach campaigns via email, , and bots
- Book meetings for closers with clear notes and handoff
- Track, test, and iterate messaging, channels, and strategies
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and RevOps to improve funnel conversion

Requirements:
- 2+ years in B2B outbound roles (BDR, SDR, Sales Ops or Growth)
- Experience with at least 2 of the following: Clay, Apollo, PhantomBuster, Clearbit, Zapier
- Experience creating outbound cadences (email, , sequencing)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Portuguese native; English for tools and basic writing
- Comfort with learning-by-doing and building processes from scratch
Bonus points:
- Experience with enterprise sales or complex decision-makers
- Knowledge of AI, legal tech, or workflow automation
- Familiarity with Notion, Figma, or lightweight no-code tools
- Background in marketing/growth, not só vendas
