We help some of the largest companies across legal, health, financial, and infrastructure sectors automate their operations through no-code AI. We're looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy Automation BDR (Business Development Representative) to own our top-of-funnel: identifying, qualifying, and activating leads so our closers can focus on what they do best — closing.

  • Love creating experiments to optimize response rates and meeting volume

Your day-to-day:

  • Build highly targeted lead lists using tools like Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo
  • Enrich and qualify leads using automation and AI tools (e.g. Clearbit, Dropcontact, PhantomBuster)
  • Identify signals of buying intent (e.g. event attendees, followers, content viewers)
  • Run multichannel outreach campaigns via email, , and bots
  • Book meetings for closers with clear notes and handoff
  • Track, test, and iterate messaging, channels, and strategies
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and RevOps to improve funnel conversion

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in B2B outbound roles (BDR, SDR, Sales Ops or Growth)
  • Experience with at least 2 of the following: Clay, Apollo, PhantomBuster, Clearbit, Zapier
  • Experience creating outbound cadences (email, , sequencing)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Portuguese native; English for tools and basic writing
  • Comfort with learning-by-doing and building processes from scratch

Bonus points:

  • Experience with enterprise sales or complex decision-makers
  • Knowledge of AI, legal tech, or workflow automation
  • Familiarity with Notion, Figma, or lightweight no-code tools
  • Background in marketing/growth, not só vendas
