Responsibilities
Own the full client lifecycle : discovery → PoC → pilot → go-live → expansion.
Translate business pain into clear R&D specs and keep delivery on schedule.
Run presales workshops, craft RFx responses, and deliver ROI-driven C-suite pitches.
Drive adoption post-launch, prove value with KPI dashboards, secure renewals & upsells.

Requirements
3+ yrs in Customer Success / Presales / Solution Delivery for Conversational or Generative AI.
Track record winning RFx, pitching executives, and shipping end-to-end PoCs.
Fluent English & Portuguese (Spanish a plus).
Live deployments on AWS, Azure, Huawei, or on-prem.
Manage project delivery timelines, customer expectations
Nice: BFSI/FMCG vertical exp. ; AI security & compliance know-how.
