Configuração avançada de Salesforce Service Cloud: Cases, Queues, Assignment Rules, Case Routing e Escalation Rules;

Implementação de Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case e Chat/Messaging para aplicativos e web;

Administração de Knowledge Base, Macros, Quick Text, Omni Supervisor, Entitlements e Milestones;

Configuração avançada de Omni-Channel: Routing Configurations, Presence Status, Service Channels e Routing Rules;

Desenvolvimentode estratégias de priorização e balanceamento de carga entre filas e agentes.
Utilização de Omni-Channel Flow (nova arquitetura por Flow Builder);

Integrações comcanais digitais e sistemas complementares.

❇️ O que esperamos de você - Hard Skills:
Experiência com Digital Engagement (WhatsApp, SMS, Web Chat, Facebook Messenger etc.);

Experiência comService Cloud Voice (Amazon Connect, Genesys, Talkdesk ou similar);

Integrações comExperience Cloud e bots (Einstein Bots, Azion, Sensedia etc.);

Administração eautomação Salesforce (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Permission Sets, Dynamic Forms);

Familiaridade com Custom Metadata Types, Record Types e App Builder;

Boas práticas de governança e versionamento;

Deploy via Change Sets/Azure DevOps/SFDX;

Conhecimento deUser Stories, Test Plans e Cutover Plans;

Mapeamento de processos de atendimento e desenho de jornada do cliente.

❇️ Diferenciais:
Certificação: Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant;

Certificação: Salesforce Administrator / Advanced Administrator;

Certificação: Salesforce OmniStudio Developer (ou) Platform App Builder;

Experiência comprojetos de alto volume de atendimento (call center, SAC, suporte técnico, etc.);

Conhecimento emreporting e dashboards para KPIs de atendimento (SLA, FCR, CSAT, backlog).
