Your duties will be:

  • Provide technical support for computer hardware, software and network systems, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software and network systems, including servers, workstations and printers.
  • Monitor IT systems to ensure they are operating properly and efficiently, and take proactive steps to prevent problems from occurring.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies, and make recommendations to improve IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Perform routine maintenance on IT systems, including software upgrades, system backups and security patches.
  • Collaborate with other IT departments and staff to develop and implement IT policies and procedures that meet the needs of the organization.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to employees in the use of IT systems and software.

  • Experience of at least 1 year in a similar position from the point of view of teamwork (coordination and work tools).
