Retail Operations Manager

On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned information and communication technology company, we are looking for talents for the position of Retail Operations Specialist / Junior Retail Manager to join our retail operations team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee end-to-end retail store operations , ensuring consistent store image, visual merchandising, and sales execution.
Manage inventory planning and replenishment to ensure availability, stock control, and operational efficiency.
Support store expansion, optimization, and channel efficiency initiatives .
Resolve store-level operational issues, enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.
Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with Store Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Lead and manage store teams , including hiring, training, performance management, and motivation.
Define sales targets, monitor performance, analyze results, and prepare operational and business reports .
Plan and execute in-store promotions, product launches, and marketing activities
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Experience in chain retail or consumer electronics, with multi-store or regional exposure (preferred).
Strong leadership, people management, and field force coordination skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with strong cross-functional collaboration.
Solid business acumen with a data-driven and results-oriented approach.
Proven capability in retail operations, store performance management, and sales analysis.
High execution mindset, resilience under pressure, and continuous improvement focus.
Strong customer-centric orientation.
Education/ Academic Background
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail store operations or related roles, with at least 2 year in a leadership or managerial position .
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and reporting tools.
Advanced English proficiency .
