Job Title: Seeking Sales Executive ASAP Kaspersky, a leading cybersecurity firm, is seeking an experienced sales executive to drive revenue growth and lead a high-performing team. With 27 years of protecting individuals and corporate clients from cyber threats, our company has established itself as a trusted name in the industry. As Head of Inside Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue, managing a sales team, and expanding our footprint in the Small and Medium Business (SMB) market through effective sales strategies, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota by consistently selling Kaspersky products to SMB end-users within your territory. Sell Kaspersky products through partners to SMB end-users within your territory, focusing on net new, renewals, and up-sell/cross-sell opportunities. Build trust-based relationships with senior-level IT and Security executives in SMB companies to effectively evangelize the solution. Recruit, train, and drive revenue in the SMB segment through partners in your territory. Articulate Kaspersky's value proposition to top partners and end-users in your territory, ensuring consistent messaging. Cultivate strong consultative relationships and act as a primary point of contact for assigned territory partners to ensure partner satisfaction. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, ideally within IT or Cybersecurity solutions. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the SMB or mid-market segment. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity products, services, and industry challenges. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
