Job Title: IT Support Engineer We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an IT Support Engineer. This is a short-term project requiring hands-on experience in hardware installation, networking, and onsite client coordination. The selected engineer will be responsible for the deployment and installation of Microsoft IoT sensors at the client site. Key tasks include: 1. Providing an efficient workforce for the project. 2. Ensuring adherence to local health and safety codes. 3. Completing local safety training or other mandatory requirements before starting work. 4. Bringing necessary tools to complete tasks. 5. Performing all work in the presence of the Client's stakeholders. 6. Reviewing site readiness for deployment, including checking rack and cabling availability. 7. Installing new hardware for Microsoft IoT sensors, including rack mounting and connecting cables. 8. Recording the MAC address and serial number of the new IoT sensor. 9. Verifying all network configurations and network traffic. 10. Completing and submitting the asset information form, including details such as MAC address, serial number, model, and default credentials for all hardware. 11. Configuring management IP to enable remote connectivity for Wipro's team. 12. Participating in interface meetings with the Wipro/Kenvue team. Required Skills and Qualifications This role requires strong technical skills, including hardware installation, networking, and software configuration. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Microsoft IoT sensors and a strong understanding of local health and safety codes.
