BA Global Talent is looking for a proactive, articulate, and organized Sourcer in LATAM to join a growing team. Gauge candidate interest and collect key qualifying details. Schedule qualified candidates for further conversations with senior team members. Send personalized follow-up emails to prospects who were unreachable by phone. Support proactive outreach efforts between active searches. Keep talent data clean and up-to-date in the database and spreadsheets. Work closely with the internal team to enhance sourcing and outreach strategies. Qualifications: Fluent English skills—both spoken and written. Comfortable making cold and warm outreach calls. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and email templates is a bonus. Experience in sourcing, recruiting, sales, or customer service is a plus (but not required). Naturally organized and detail-oriented. Friendly, professional, and able to build rapport quickly. Tools you will use: Loxo platform. LinkedIn Recruiter. Spreadsheets, databases, and outreach tools.
