We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Analyst to play a pivotal role in our organization. Job Description: The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing payroll activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and serving as a key liaison between departments. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Human Resources is required. Proven experience in payroll processing in Brazil, preferably in a global organization, with hands-on manual payroll processing, including calculations and analysis. Proficiency in payroll software such as ADP or similar platforms is essential. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills are necessary for this position. Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor and social security legislation is required. Proficiency in government reporting systems such as eSocial is also necessary. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are crucial for success in this role. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity is mandatory.
