The Semi Senior Project Manager will leverage their expertise to drive complex software development projects, ensuring timely delivery that meets quality standards and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Leading and managing complex software development projects, balancing strategic planning and precise execution to ensure successful project delivery. Developing detailed project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines. Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks and resolving issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Implementing and managing changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs. Mentoring junior project managers and team members in project management best practices. Communicating effectively with all stakeholders, including presenting project status updates to senior management and clients. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of experience in software development project management. Delivery: Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Risk Management: Experience with risk and change management. Methodologies: Advanced knowledge of Agile practices. Technical Understanding: Basic IT infrastructure and software architecture knowledge. Team Leadership: Experience in resource allocation and team management.
