System Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for a strong System Infrastructure Engineer with the next qualifications:
In this role, you will be responsible for BIOS customization, OS solution development, hardware replacement, and custom image creation based on client specifications. If you're passionate about hardware, operating systems, and imaging tools, this opportunity is for you
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT (focused on hardware and OS).
Strong understanding of Windows OS (Windows 10).
In-depth knowledge of PC/laptop hardware systems.
Experience with imaging tools like ImageX, DISM, WAIK, and Sysprep.
OS deployment experience (Windows 10, Linux, etc.).
Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, VB).
Experience working with IBM/Lenovo hardware preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage requirements with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and test BIOS customizations and operating system solutions.
Build custom software images based on customer requirements.
Migrate custom images to new hardware platforms and configurations.
Replace PC and laptop components based on customer specifications.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, educate them on processes, and ensure expectations are met.
Important Note:
An Advanced Spanish level is required.
