Thats where you come in: helping us build the foundations that will fuel our growth and impact.As a Finance Business Partner in Health Alliance, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing healthcare costs one of the most critical levers for the success of a health plan. You will partner closely with our healthcare operations, provider network, and business teams to bring financial insights that drive efficiency, sustainability, and better outcomes for our members. Your work will include analyzing medical claims, understanding cost trends, monitoring loss ratios, and building financial models that support decision-making. By translating data into actionable strategies, youll help ensure that our mission of delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare is achieved with financial sustainability at its core.Your roleAct as a strategic advisor to Health operations teams, building strong partnerships across the AllianceEnsure the governance of alliance rituals, driving alignment across all areas with a strong focus on company-level objectivesOwn the finance dashboards, ensuring the operation has clear, efficient visibility of data to enable fast and accurate decision-makingAct as the bridge between Data, Operations, and Finance, ensuring a single source of truth across all our reports.Drive financial oversight of indirect healthcare costs, owning the budget and forecast while closely tracking variances to ensure informed, data-driven decisions.Act as a trusted business partner for the Health Community Development Team, building business cases for the inclusion of new HIs, keeping track of Alice unit costEnsure alignment between financial targets and business outcomes What we look forStrong analytical skills to manage and monitor area KPIs.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, persuasively, and empathetically.Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on results.A strong desire to learn and grow alongside Alice How we work Onsite, with flexibilityWe love working together in person at our office (located at Avenida Rebouças 3535, in Pinheiros and yes, its beautiful). We re looking for people who will also enjoy being here and know when it makes sense to work from elsewhere. As a reference, the teams youll work with are usually in the office at least 2-3 times per week.
