Legal Support Professional We are seeking an experienced and skilled Legal Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will provide critical support to various business functions including Business, Marketing, GR, and Product. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and possesses excellent analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil law, media/marketing/advertising regulation, consumer protection regulation, pre-litigation claims resolution, and commercial law/contracts. To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines. Your strong communication skills will enable you to work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive innovative solutions and meet business objectives. The Legal Support Professional will contribute to maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and summarizing relevant legal developments. This role requires collaboration with senior counsels and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company policies and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: Support the legal team in providing assistance across different departments Monitor regulatory updates and prepare reports or summaries on relevant legal developments Help review product features, advertising materials, and internal templates for compliance with local laws and company policies Prepare and review contracts, risk assessments, and legal memos under the guidance of senior counsels Collaborate on cross-functional projects, learning how legal considerations impact business strategies What We Are Looking For: Experience working as in-house legal counsel for IT companies or law firms providing support for IT companies preferred International company experience considered an asset English language proficiency at C1/C2 level (IELTS academic 6.5-9) Civil law, Media/Marketing/Advertising regulation, Consumer protection regulation, Pre-litigation: claims resolution, Commercial law/Contracts experience About Our Ideal Candidate: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills Benefits: Opportunity to work with a dynamic team Professional development opportunities Competitive compensation and benefits package Contact Information: Please note that CVs in English will be considered primarily
