About the RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) who excels at turning complex problems into intuitive, meaningful digital experiences. In this role, you’ll join one of our U.S.-based partner teams as an embedded designer, creating high-impact products for well-known brands across industries such as healthcare, finance, insurance, and enterprise digital platforms.You should be a creative thinker with a user-centered mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. This role requires end-to-end design capabilities — from research and strategy through wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.Who We’re Looking ForA designer who:Thinks strategically and designs with intentionEmpathizes deeply with users and advocates for their needsThrives in rapid, collaborative environmentsCommunicates clearly and confidently in EnglishHas experience working with large brands or complex digital productsBrings a portfolio that demonstrates strong UX thinking and refined UI executionQualifications & ExperienceRequired:7+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similarStrong portfolio with UX case studies (research, flows, prototypes, UI)English C1/C2 — excellent communication & presentation skillsExpertise in Figma (design systems, prototyping, components)Experience conducting research (interviews, surveys, usability testing)Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologiesAbility to define user flows, IA, and navigation for web/mobile productsExperience contributing to or maintaining design systemsAbility to work independently and collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholdersStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExperience of tokenizationExperience with system design Bonus (Nice to Have):Experience with HTML / CSS / JavaScript (not required)Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.x)Experience designing dashboards, apps, or multi-platform interfacesUnderstanding of SEO, content strategy, analyticsExperience working within agile environmentsResponsibilitiesConduct user research (interviews, usability tests, surveys) to uncover behaviors, needs, and pain pointsAnalyze research findings and turn them into actionable insightsCreate personas, journey maps, user flows, and IADesign wireframes and interactive prototypes (low → high fidelity)Collaborate with product managers, clients, and developers to define scope and goalsLead ideation workshops and contribute innovative product ideasPresent design decisions with clarity and rationaleIterate based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and engineering teamsMaintain design consistency through design systems and UI librariesStay current with design trends, tools, and best practicesContribute to continuous improvement of design processesWhat We OfferCompetitive USD contract rateWork on high-impact digital products with established U.S. companiesPTO
