What you will be doing
As part of the Data and Consulting team, you will help our clients transform and enhance their strategies through advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and big data, generating valuable insights for the business.
Innovate: You will work closely with consultants, scientists, engineers, and data analysts to understand client needs and propose innovative and strategic solutions.
Learn and Share: You will belong to a collaborative team where knowledge sharing is essential. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from experts and actively contribute to the team’s evolution.
Develop and Present Strategic Recommendations: You will be responsible for transforming data into insights, helping formulate and present recommendations that directly impact clients' business decisions.
Act Across the Project Value Chain: From data collection, organization, and analysis to building and implementing data-driven strategic solutions.
Participate in Training: You’ll acquire the essential technical knowledge for your role as a consultant and stay updated on the latest technological innovations in the market.
Manage Priorities and Contribute to the Team: You will learn how to structure and prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, identify risks, and suggest solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to the creation of strategic content, helping spread knowledge within the team.
What we are looking for
Academic Background: In Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related areas. More than a specific course, we value intellectual curiosity, autonomy, and dynamism.
Interest in Data and Business : Passion for business challenges and using Big Data and Analytics to solve real problems and drive strategic changes.
Analytical and Practical Mindset : Ability to understand business challenges and propose data-driven customized solutions.
Communication and Collaboration Skills : Ease in working in teams, sharing knowledge, and interacting with different areas and stakeholders.
Interest in the Digital and Technological Ecosystem : Curiosity about topics such as agile methodologies, project management, data visualization, data science, and engineering.
Proactivity and Entrepreneurial Spirit : You propose new ideas, seek innovations, and are always willing to learn and contribute actively to the team.
