Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee BIWIN Storage's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge and financial analysis skills to support business decision-making and ensure financial stability. This role is critical for maintaining financial health, optimizing resources, and supporting the company's growth objectives.Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning:Develop and manage annual budgets and forecastsCreate financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiativesFinancial Analysis:Perform profitability analysis by product line and business segmentIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities through detailed financial analysisAccounting Oversight:Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting principlesOversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processesCash Flow Management:Monitor and optimize cash flow to ensure operational liquidityManage banking relationships and financing arrangementsFinancial Reporting:Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management and stakeholdersDevelop KPI dashboards to track financial performanceCost Control:Implement cost control measures and efficiency initiativesReview departmental expenditures and provide recommendations for optimizationCompliance:Ensure adherence to financial regulations and tax requirementsCoordinate with external auditors for annual financial auditsRisk Management:Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategiesManage internal controls to safeguard company assetsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred 5+ years of experience in financial management roles Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles Experience with ERP systems and financial software Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong communication skills with ability to present complex financial information clearly
