Clinical Site Service Supervisor This role involves leading and supporting a team in delivering exceptional clinical site services. Managing daily operations, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring high performance and compliance with industry standards are key responsibilities. Oversee daily tasks and operations of the team. Recruit, onboard, and train new team members. Collaborate with staffing partners to address hiring needs. Stay informed about recruitment trends and technologies in the region. Set clear goals for the team and provide support to achieve them. Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching as needed. Organize and lead team meetings. Manage workload distribution and assess team utilization regularly. Address performance issues and provide constructive feedback. Communicate updates and escalations to leadership. Present weekly progress reports to sponsors. Act as a point of escalation for site-related issues. Key Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership and people management skills. Professionalism and ability to work with diverse individuals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of clinical research and medical terminology. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the region. Ability to work remotely with a proper home office setup. Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish; English proficiency is a plus. Bachelor's degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience.
