Seeking an Experienced Legal Professional Job Description: Kantar is looking for a seasoned legal expert to fill the role of Regional Legal Manager in Brazil. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters related to clients and suppliers in the region, ensuring compliance with internal policies and current legislation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, with experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts, as well as coordinating regional legal demands and leading negotiations with clients and suppliers across LATAM. Additionally, the successful applicant will act as a focal point for data protection and artificial intelligence topics, collaborating with the global team and leading regional initiatives. They will also provide strategic legal guidance to business units, supporting them with innovative solutions and risk management expertise. Required Skills and Qualifications: Law degree with specialization in areas such as Contract Law, Business Law, Labor Law, or Corporate Law. Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate legal departments. Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Experience in multinational environments and regional operation.
