We are seeking Drillers with experience in deep drilling t o be based in KUWAIT.Key Responsibilities:Operate and oversee the drilling equipment, including drawworks, mud pumps, and drilling systems, to ensure safe and efficient drilling operations.Monitor drilling parameters, make necessary adjustments, and troubleshoot issues to optimize drilling performance.Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a strong focus on safety in all drilling activities.Collaborate closely with the drilling team, including assistant drillers, derrickhands, and roughnecks, to ensure smooth and efficient rig operations.Complete daily drilling reports and maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and safety incidents.Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and report any maintenance requirements promptly.Assist in training and mentoring junior members of the drilling team.Qualifications:Experience of 3+years a s a Driller with mandatory experience in 2500HP and above in deep drilling operations.High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical or vocational training in drilling operations is preferred.Experience operating and maintaining 3000 HP drilling equipment.A strong commitment to safety and the ability to lead by example in this regard.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with the drilling team.Mechanical aptitude and a good understanding of drilling equipment.Willingness to work in a physically demanding and remote onshore environment.Valid Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC).Safety training certifications (e.g., H2S, First Aid, Firefighting).#J-18808-Ljbffr
