We are looking for Performance Tester, who wants to learn and transform his career.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests for nuclear operations applications and systems
Create realistic test scenarios that simulate operational conditions, peak loads, and stress situations for nuclear plant systems
Identify performance bottlenecks, system limitations, and optimization opportunities through comprehensive testing and analysis
Develop and maintain performance test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks
Monitor system performance metrics including response times, throughput, resource utilization, and reliability under various conditions
Collaborate with developers, system architects, and operations teams to establish performance requirements and acceptance criteria
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports with recommendations for performance improvements
Conduct baseline and benchmark testing to establish performance standards for nuclear applications
Ensure performance testing practices comply with nuclear quality assurance and regulatory requirements
Participate in capacity planning efforts to ensure systems can support current and future operational demands
Support production monitoring and troubleshooting of performance issues in operational environments
Maintain documentation of test plans, test cases, performance metrics, and testing procedures Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in performance testing, load testing, or quality assurance
Proficiency with performance testing tools (JMeter, Load Runner, Gatling, or similar)
Strong understanding of application architectures, databases, and system performance principles
Experience analyzing performance metrics and identifying root causes of performance issues
Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Java Script, or similar) for test automation
Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance for nuclear facility access
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Detail-oriented with ability to work systematically in a regulated environment
