Overview of the Role

The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in driving business decision-making through comprehensive financial analysis, reporting, and strategic insights. This position requires advanced analytical skills to evaluate financial performance, develop forecasts, and identify opportunities for organizational growth and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

-Analyzing financial data and preparing comprehensive reports and presentations.
-Developing and maintaining financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes.
-Monitoring key performance indicators and providing variance analysis.
-Supporting business units with financial planning and strategic initiatives.
-Collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate investment opportunities and business cases.
-Assisting in month-end and quarter-end financial reporting processes.

Requirements:

-Experience: 3+ years in financial analysis or related roles
-Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of financial modeling and analysis techniques
-Software Proficiency: Expertise in Excel and financial analysis software
-Accounting: Understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis
-Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-Communication: Ability to present complex financial information clearly
-Language: Advanced level of English
