LATAM Service & Construction Academy provides the highest level of training to those professionals involved in the installation, commissioning and service of wind farms. The main clients of our department are internal Vestas employees, contractors and clients.Responsibilities :Provide high-quality customer experience as a main point of contact for internal and external training requests and inquiries.Support during the execution of technical and safety training, keeping up-to-date course schedules, lists and rooms.Provide and generate reports and records.Provide logistical support for local training initiatives. Collect and update training records.Coordinate Learning Management Systems including database, reports, troubleshooting and maintenance.Coordinate assessment centres and on-site/off-site training events.Provide additional day-to-day support as needed for employees training.Track and monitor vendor invoices and expenses.Qualifications :Administration background.Proficient Excel and Office skills.Intermediate level of English (B2), daily communications in English.Basic level of Spanish is desirable.Competences :System and Process knowledge.Solid written and verbal communication skills.High level of compliance when carrying out activities, following the standards and processes established by the company.We offer an exciting job in an innovative, international environment.
