Job Title: Application Support Lead (AMS Lead)

Work Model: Hybrid – based in Chácara Santo Antônio, São Paulo
Language Requirement: Fluent English (mandatory)

The AMS Lead will oversee the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of application support services. This role ensures business-critical applications are stable, secure, and aligned with operational needs, while promoting service excellence and team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: Provide 24/7 technical and functional support for applications and databases. Manage incidents and service requests, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance . Lead knowledge sharing and training sessions. Act as Subject Matter Expert in key modules and mentor junior team members. Collaborate with product teams and vendors for timely issue resolution. Maintain high customer satisfaction and report performance metrics.

Required Experience : Solid experience in ITSM (preferably ITIL-based) and leading AMS teams. Solid experience in stakeholder/vendor management and application lifecycle/change management.

Key Competencies :

Technical: ITSM practices , application lifecycle management, SQL Server, Java /RPA understanding, vendor coordination.
