You will instructand train Operations Leaders in Amazon safety policies and assistthe EDSP team in influence safety standards at our partner sites.You will work to identify best practices and incorporate thesestandard methodologies into our standards to continuously improvethe safety culture. WHS EDSP Coordinator responsibilities: -Provide guidance and oversight to ensure compliance to allapplicable Local Regulations in order to enhance safety culturewithin our partners. - Monitor EDSPs safety performance againstpublished requirements in safety policies. For all deficiencies,identify a plan for the site to implement and fix. - Perform safetyaudits to be aligned with global local regulations in order toenhance safety culture within our partners. - Deliver continuousimprovement. - Analyze safety metrics and review incident daily,weekly and monthly incidents to discover trends to rationalize theallocation of appropriate resources to areas where the safety riskis highest. - Perform frequent site safety audits to identify allnon-compliance equipment and/or processes. Implement solutions toeliminate exposure to these risks and prevent injury. - Audit theworkplace organization and Associate behaviors to ensure thattraining, auditing and scoring methods are accurate and consistent.- Perform and report incident investigation. - Bachelors Degree; -Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends,nights, and/or holidays; - Microsoft Office.- English Skills.
