  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience;
  • MBA or Master Degree is desired;
  • At least 2 years of supervisory level experience is desired.
  • Knowledge / experience in Agro in Brazil is desired.
  • Having proficiency in both spoken and written English;
  • Availability to be based out of Nova Venecia - ES
  • Willing to be based in any of ofi s branches;
  • Willing to travel to our Coffee business units.
  • Negotiation, Organization skills and attention to details.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team-building skills.
  • Previous experience in Sales, Supply chain and Operations would be an added advantage.

  • Reconciliation of costs and alignment of the branches budget;
  • Develop people management skills, working together with different stakeholders and fostering collaboration among groups.
  • Ensure that quality, safety, health, and environmental standards and procedures are being complied with according to Management Policies.
