Global Leadership Development Program The program is designed to develop future leaders of the organization by providing a comprehensive leadership development experience. This includes immersing participants in the company culture, industry, and business operations. Participants will be paired with a mentor to help acclimate them to the organization. They will also have opportunities to connect and collaborate with executive leadership, global leaders, business leaders, previous trainees, and current trainees from other zones. Three weeks of onboarding A week-long local onboarding session at one of our designated hub locations A week-long global induction session at our headquarters, introducing participants to our company strategy, culture, products, sales channels, and problem-solving approaches Five months of field training Rotation through key areas of our value chain, including sales, supply, logistics, product, customer service, and hands-on experience participating in daily operations and project work during each rotation Leadership and methodology training A week-long training session fostering a unified system-thinking approach and preparing participants for their first project Individual project A four-month project delivering tangible and measurable results as an active team member, applying methodology skills and technical knowledge Capstone presentation A presentation of project results to leadership, followed by feedback and final placement into a full-time role upon program completion, supporting continued leadership development and long-term career growth Examples of past projects: Create a new implementation process for when a new product is introduced Implement recommendations to optimize material usage and mitigate scrap rates at our plants Pricing analysis for e-commerce platforms Develop a communication strategy to enhance the customer installation journey Monetize market funnel valuation by quantifying conversion rates Qualifications: Expected graduation date of December 2025 Demonstrated leadership capabilities through various extracurricular activities, including job experiences, internships, student clubs, and organizations, and volunteer work Fully mobile and willing to be onsite at one of our major locations throughout the program About You: Hardworking and enjoys a high level of responsibility Hungry for success yet humble to continuously learn Thinks like an owner and takes accountability for actions Problem-solver who leads with agility and acts with a sense of urgency Intellectually curious and willing to challenge the status quo Natural leader who enjoys collaborating with teams to complete ambitious but achievable big goals Strong interest in a multi-functional career with a readiness to work hard to become a future leader in our global company Benefits: Competitive compensation package Generous benefits package Paid time off Career developmental opportunities A company culture prioritizing internal development Please note all offers are carefully crafted to ensure market competitiveness, equity, and reflect individual candidate education, experience, skills, and potential.We are an equal opportunity employer and comply with applicable employment laws.
