Job Title: Salesforce QA Engineer – Automation Location: LATAM [Remote]
Duration: 6months
Need to support PST timings
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Java/Python/JavaScript
Implement and maintain automation suites using tools like Selenium, Playwright, and Robot Framework
Build and manage test strategies and detailed test plans for various projects and features
Ensure CI/CD integration of test cases using GitHub Actions and version control via GIT
Develop and execute API testing using Rest Assured or other language equivalent
Perform end-to-end automation of Salesforce Cloud applications (Sales, Marketing, Service, etc.)
Conduct code reviews, drive best practices in QE, and mentor junior QA engineers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and DevOps
Contribute to release readiness by ensuring test coverage and defect management
Must-Have Qualifications
10+ years of experience in software quality engineering and test automation
Strong programming skills in Java, Python, and/or JavaScript
Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, and Robot Framework
Expertise in Git and GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipeline integration
Proficiency in REST API testing using Rest Assured
Deep experience in testing Salesforce applications (Sales/Marketing/Service Cloud)
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test strategy development, and test planning
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience in setting up and maintaining Selenium Grid infrastructure using Docker or Kubernetes
Knowledge of Playwright infrastructure setup, including scaling in CI environments
Familiarity with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling)
Prior experience in testing microservices-based architecture
Knowledge of test data management and synthetic data generation techniques
