At the forefront of innovative software development, we seek a seasoned Front-end Architect to drive the creation of cutting-edge UI solutions. About this Role You will play a pivotal role in redefining how front-end interfaces are built, collaborating with a globally distributed team to design and implement a robust component framework in React. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting elegant abstractions that simplify complex user experiences, empowering customers to build custom UIs using the same tools. Working closely with designers and engineers, you will ensure alignment, accessibility, and ease of use across various product lines. Key Responsibilities Design and Implement : Develop a reusable component framework in React that powers our ERP platform, enabling teams to assemble full screens from a library of composable components. Collaborate Across Disciplines : Partner with designers and engineers to translate product needs into scalable UI solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Ensure Accessibility and Maintainability : Prioritize accessibility, performance, and maintainable front-end patterns, ensuring our UI solutions meet the highest standards. Communicate Effectively : Foster clear communication across disciplines and time zones, driving project success through collaborative efforts. Requirements UI Architecture Expertise : A deep passion for UI architecture and design systems, with a focus on consistency, scalability, and elegant code. Front-end Development Skills : Strong experience building reusable React components and front-end frameworks in TypeScript, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. Collaboration and Communication : Ability to partner with designers and engineers, translating product needs into scalable UI solutions and communicating effectively across disciplines. Accessibility and Performance : Strong understanding of accessibility, performance, and maintainable front-end patterns, ensuring our UI solutions meet the highest standards. Fluency in English : Fluency in English is essential for effective collaboration and communication. Experience Front-end Development Experience : 2–5 years of front-end development experience using React and TypeScript, with a focus on reusable component frameworks and scalable UI solutions. UI Component Libraries : Designed and built extensible UI component libraries used across multiple products, demonstrating expertise in front-end development and UI architecture. Cross-functional Teamwork : Worked in cross-functional teams that include design, engineering, and product stakeholders, showcasing ability to collaborate and communicate effectively. Developer Experience : Contributed to projects where developer experience, reusability, and clean architecture were top priorities, highlighting expertise in front-end development and UI architecture.
