">Requirements: ">Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields. 5+ years of experience in warehouse IE, layout design, or process improvement. Familiarity with IE tools such as time studies, motion studies, and capacity balancing. Proficient in AutoCAD/Visio for layout design and Excel/Power BI for data analysis and reporting. Strong numerical analysis and ROI modeling skills. Excellent cross-department communication and coordination skills. "),
