Buscamos um engenheiro de Google Workspace para desempenhar um papel fundamental na ajuda às empresas a transformarem suas operações por meio da adoção do Google Workspace. Trabalhando ao lado de clientes e parceiros para projetar, implementar e dar suporte a implementações bem-sucedidas do Workspace.

Principais responsabilidades:

Consultoria técnica: Colaborar com os clientes para entender suas necessidades, recomendar soluções do Google Workspace e fornecer expertise técnica durante os ciclos de vendas e implementação.

Implementação e configuração: Planejar, executar e supervisionar a configuração e migração para o Google Workspace, incluindo Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites, Meet, Chat e mais.

Segurança e administração: Implementar as melhores práticas de segurança na consola de administração do Google, definir políticas de acesso a usuários e dados e garantir a conformidade com os padrões da indústria.

Migração de dados: Transitar sem problemas os dados dos clientes de sistemas legados para o Google Workspace, utilizando ferramentas e técnicas de migração adequadas como Cloud M e Google Migrate.

Integração e personalização: Integrar o Google Workspace com aplicativos de terceiros e adaptar o ambiente utilizando Google Apps Script ou outras ferramentas de desenvolvimento quando apropriado.

Solução de problemas: Identificar e resolver proativamente problemas técnicos, fornecendo excelente suporte aos usuários finais do Google Workspace.

Capacitação e habilitação: Desenvolver e oferecer sessões de treinamento para capacitar os usuários a aproveitar ao máximo as funcionalidades e recursos do Google Workspace.



Experiência: Mais de 3 anos de experiência em uma posição técnica de implementações do Google Workspace (ou suítes de produtividade em nuvem similares).

Habilidades técnicas: Conhecimento profundo da administração do Google Workspace, opções de configuração, protocolos de segurança e funcionalidade principal do produto. Configuração e administração de soluções baseadas em SaaS.

Experiência em email: infraestrutura de email, protocolos de transferência de email, protocolos de acesso ao email, segurança de email, spam, phishing e proteção antivírus.

Habilidades empreendedoras, gestão do tempo, capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas atividades simultaneamente e trabalhar com pouca ou nenhuma supervisão.

Habilidades de comunicação escrita, verbal e capacidade de colaborar em um ambiente de equipe.

Conhecimentos em Azure AD, Active Directory, Lotus Notes, O365 e Zimbra.

Experiência em um papel de consultor técnico voltado para o cliente.

Experiência em fornecer recomendações de segurança para configurações administrativas.

Experiência em migração de dados de diversas fontes para o Google Workspace utilizando diversas ferramentas.

Experiência prática em arquitetura técnica para suportar a administração, segurança e colaboração.

Experiência em Gestão de Mudança para habilitar a adoção do cliente com sessões de treinamento.

Resolução de problemas: Habilidades analíticas e de resolução de problemas, com uma abordagem proativa para enfrentar os desafios técnicos.

Comunicação e colaboração: Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e capacidade de colaborar eficazmente com equipes multifuncionais.

Adaptabilidade: Disposição para aprender novas tecnologias e manter-se atualizado sobre os avanços do Google Workspace.

Experiência com GCP/Google Cloud Computing Services (Compute Engine, Google Bigquery, Cloud Storage, APIs) e identidade federada do Google (Cloud Identity)

Habilidades desejadas

Experiência com linguagens de programação/scripting como Python ou JavaScript.

Certificações da indústria em Google Workspace ou tecnologias em nuvem relacionadas.

Familiaridade com ITIL ou outros frameworks de gestão de serviços.

Familiaridade com terminais Unix e Windows Shell

Scripting / programação em BASH / Python ou outros

Google Apps Scripts.

Certificações do Google Cloud.
