IMMEDIATE HIRE

We're building a modern offline-first farm management platform to empower field operators and farmers—especially in low-connectivity regions. The system includes:


• Multi-tenancy support for farms and cooperatives


• Real-time device sync via Powersync


• Background sync and offline data caching with Drift + HydratedBloc


• Supabase Edge Functions for backend logic and coordination

Our goal is a fast, reliable, and farmer-friendly mobile app that works anywhere—even miles from the nearest cell tower.

What You'll Do


• Own and build production Flutter features with clean architecture (cubit)


• Implement robust offline-first data handling using Drift


• Design and implement intuitive UI for farm workflows with input from real-world users


• Write well-tested, maintainable Dart code with strong error recovery for rural edge cases

What We're Looking For


• 5+ years of mobile dev experience, 3+ years with Flutter


• Proven experience in offline-first apps and data sync


• Strong knowledge of Bloc / Riverpod / Drift / SQLite


• Familiarity with Flutter asset caching, geospatial rendering, or mapping (bonus)


• Comfortable working async and independently in a distributed team


• Excellent communication in English (written & spoken)

Compensation


• $3,500-4,500 USD Monthly
