Talent Specialist Location:São Paulo, BrazilAbout the Role As aTalent Specialist , you will be the single point of contact for full-cycle recruitment in Brazil within a strategic RPO model. You will partner with hiring managers at a major pharmaceutical company to recruit for mission-critical talent, from junior to director levels. This role is a vital bridge between hiring coordinators and senior recruiters, ensuring both candidate excellence and significant recruitment impact.Key Responsibilities End-to-end recruitmentfor highly specialized and complex roles within the pharmaceutical industry. Ownership of hiring for niche roles , including Clinical Research Associates, Medical Science Liaisons, and specialized leadership. Proactive collaborationwith global managers for international-reporting positions, requiring strong communication for intake meetings and alignments. Enhance the candidate experience , managing all aspects of engagement, from logistics to proactive communication. Serve as the primary recruiter across Brazil , ensuring sourcing and hiring strategies are culturally and commercially relevant. Act as aconsultative partnerfor the client, providing a professional and impactful recruitment experience.Required Qualifications 5+ yearsof full-cycle recruitment experience. Proven ability to recruit across a wide seniority range, from junior to director-level roles. Fluency in both Portuguese and Englishis mandatory. Background as a talent acquisition professional for apharmaceutical companyis highly preferred. Experience in RPO or multi-client hiring environments is advantageous.
