Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Patch phone ports to switch as needed Troubleshoot issues with fiber links between switches Troubleshoot and replace network switch chassis blades when required A periodic visual check of the IDF rooms for cooling and power status The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking and operating systems with experience in SLA base environment. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to networking and telecommunications. This includes identifying and resolving problems with voice over internet protocol (VOIP) phones, patching phone ports to switches as needed, and troubleshooting issues with fiber links between switches. You will also be responsible for performing a periodic visual check of the IDF rooms for cooling and power status. Additionally, you will assist network administrators during technical troubleshooting and provide support for ITSM tools and backup technologies. Required Skills and Qualifications: Cisco network devices knowledge Switches and routers configuration Troubleshooting of VOIP phones Networking and Operating System basics Assist network admins during technical troubleshooting Knowledge about Servers, Storage devices, ITSM tool and Backup technologies Benefits: Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as you will need to effectively communicate errors and solutions to remote technical teams.
