Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage the purchasing activities for BIWIN Storage. The ideal candidate will have experience in electronics or IT hardware procurement, with a focus on cost optimization and supply chain efficiency. This role is essential in ensuring the timely availability of components and materials needed for our storage products.Key Responsibilities:Supplier Management:Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers for components and materialsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure favorable termsPurchase Order Processing:Generate and process purchase orders according to production schedules and inventory requirementsMonitor order status and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveryCost Management:Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions to optimize procurement costsRegularly conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for savingsInventory Control:Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to maintain optimal inventory levelsMonitor stock levels and initiate purchases to prevent shortages or excess inventoryQuality Assurance:Work with QA department to ensure all purchased materials meet quality standardsManage non-conformance issues with suppliersMarket Research:Stay informed about market trends affecting component availability and pricingAnticipate supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plansDocumentation:Maintain accurate procurement records and update the ERP systemPrepare regular reports on procurement activities, costs, and supplier performanceQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field 3+ years of procurement experience, preferably in electronics or IT hardware industry Knowledge of electronic components and storage products preferred Experience with ERP systems and procurement software Strong negotiation and analytical skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
