Graduação em Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação, Computação ou áreas correlatas.10+ anos de experiência em arquitetura SAP, com foco em S/4HANA e BTP.Inglês fluente (obrigatório); espanhol desejável.Integrações SAP/non-SAP (CPI/API), Fiori/UI5 e arquitetura cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).Conhecimento em dados corporativos (Data Lake, ETL).Experiência com rollouts e migrações globais de S/4HANA.Experiência com IT Operations e segurança (sizing, performance tuning, hardening, compliance).Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão de TI, Arquitetura de Soluções ou similar (diferencial).Certificações SAP (S/4HANA, BTP), TOGAF e/ou Cloud Architecture (valorizadas).Proatividade e orientação para solução.Liderar tecnicamente o COE Global de S/4HANA, assegurando padronização e evolução do ecossistema SAP.Alinhar o time de sistemas à Arquitetura Corporativa, aplicando e mantendo os padrões tecnológicos de DEV a PRD.Trabalhar em conjunto com IT Operations e CyberSec, garantindo performance, sizing e compliance técnico.Ser sócio técnico de projetos e novas iniciativas, fornecendo expertise de arquitetura e integridade tecnológica.Atuar como membro titular das squads de sistemas, com foco em expertise técnica cross-tech (SAP, middleware, cloud, dados).Conduzir revisões técnicas e assegurar que todas as soluções SAP estejam aderentes aos padrões globais.Apoiar líderes e times de projeto na adoção de novas soluções e tecnologias (SAP e non-SAP).Mentorar equipes técnicas, promovendo excelência e disseminação de boas práticas no COE Global.
