Buscamos uma pessoa Especialista em Email Marketing e Automação com experiência comprovada e conhecimentos técnicos, para atuar na gestão e otimização de campanhas. Esta pessoa será responsável por impulsionar o engajamento e a maximização da receita por meio de estratégias de copys altamente otimizadas e entregabilidade através da gestão técnica de ips e senders.I. Responsabilidades Chave e Escopo Estratégico Gestão de Automação:Estruturar, implementar e gerenciar fluxos de automação de marketing complexos, incluindo estratégias de nutrição, retenção e reengajamento, visando a otimização do Lifetime Value (LTV). Monetização e Inbound:Desenvolver e aplicar campanhas de Inbound Marketing, integrando o Email Marketing diretamente às estratégias de monetização de tráfego. Gestão Estratégica da Copy: Liderar a criação e otimização da Copywriting dos e-mails, com foco em objetivos de aumento de receita e métricas de engajamento. II. Proficiência Técnica e Entregabilidade (Requisito Fundamental) A pessoa deve possuir domínio técnico em: Plataformas de Email: Experiência com ferramentas de disparo e automação comparáveis a Hubspot, RD Station, SharpSpring, entre outras.Entregabilidade: Conhecimento e experiência prática na gestão e configuração de domínios e IPs, incluindo a correta implementação e monitoramento de SPF, DKIM e DMARC, warm-ups e IP dedicado. Nuances de Infraestrutura: Entendimento técnico dos impactos da gestão de IPs e configurações de sender na saúde e taxa de entregabilidade de e-mails, bem como domínio das políticas de qualidade e boas práticas de mailing.Otimização e Conversão: Especialização na utilização de testes A/B e multivariate para otimização contínua das taxas de abertura, clique e, crucialmente, de conversão e receita das campanhas. III. Habilidades de Liderança e Desenvolvimento Ter habilidades de compartilhar conhecimento e desenvolver pessoas que estão em fase de aprendizado. IV. Diferenciais Relevantes Serão valorizados conhecimentos ou experiências em: Utilizar ferramentas de IA como parte do processo diário.Campanhas de Tráfego Pago e sua integração estratégica com o Email Marketing. Modelos de Precificação e conhecimento do ecossistema de Publishers.
