Brazilstrat connects top-tier Brazilian remote talent with organizations abroad. We are currently selecting a Junior Finance Assistant to join the team of a partner Accounting Firm.In this role, you will work remotely supporting a portfolio of international clients. This is an ideal position for a detail-oriented professional looking to gain deep operational experience in international accounting and financial systems.Key Responsibilities:Accurate booking of vouchers, invoices, and receipts into the company’s accounting system.Assisting with Accounts Payable and Receivable (AP/AR) workflows across various client accounts.Performing bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.Verifying financial data and correcting discrepancies in the general ledger.Assisting the senior team in preparing monthly financial reports and organizing documentation.Requirements:Advanced/Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.Previous experience with data entry, bookkeeping, or administrative finance tasks is a plus, but we hire for attitude and train for skills.Proficiency in Excel and comfort learning new software/ERP systems quickly.High attention to detail, ability to focus on repetitive tasks with accuracy, and a proactive attitude.What We Offer:100% remote, home-office flexibility.Opportunity to learn international accounting standards by working with diverse clients.A collaborative environment where you will be trained on modern financial tools and processes.How to Apply: Please complete our initial screening form here: https://forms.gle/3RSDoxn5q8JWmrci7 Note: Only selected candidates will be contacted for the next steps.
