The ideal candidate should have solid understanding of data quality, governance, and integration testing within Master Data Management environments.Key Requirements:5+ years of experience in Data/ETL testingHands-on experience with Stibo (MDM testing tool)5+ years in data quality management and data governance3+ years in data modeling and data integration techniquesStrong expertise in data analysis, migration, validation, cleansing, verification, and identifying data mismatchesExperience with ETL tools such as Ab Initio, AWS Glue, Informatica, AlteryxKnowledge of ETL processes from source to staging to data marts and data loadPrior experience with cloud-based MDM or ETL testingExperience in building Data flow CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred)Exposure to DevOps/DataOpsAbility to monitor, measure, and improve data quality metricsStrong communication and collaboration skills
