OverviewTeceze is seeking a dedicated and proactiveOn-Site IT Support Engineerto deliver hands-on technical support for our client’s local infrastructure, end-users, and critical systems. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations, continuity of services, and timely resolution of incidents during the designated support period. This role acts as theprimary point of contactfor all on-site IT issues while also performing preventive maintenance and ensuring system stability. Key Responsibilities / Scope of Work Provideon-site supportfor resolving technical incidents related to infrastructure, systems, and end-user devices. Performmonitoring and maintenanceof IT equipment and infrastructure to ensure uptime and reliability. Deliverdesktop and user supportfor local staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Conductpreventive maintenance activitiessuch as security checks, system health checks, and patch updates. Coordinate critical service requests withremote teams and external vendorsas needed. Escalate complex incidentsto higher-level support teams and ensure timely follow-up and resolution. Expected Results Operational Continuity:Ensure uninterrupted business operations and system availability. Quality Service Delivery:Provide efficient, timely, and professional IT support. System Reliability:Reduce downtime and improve infrastructure performance. Documentation & Reporting:Maintain detailed logs, resolution notes, and preventive maintenance reports. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience inIT Support, Helpdesk, or Desktop Engineeringroles. Strong knowledge ofWindows/Mac OS, networking fundamentals, hardware, and peripherals. Familiarity withITSM ticketing systemsand incident management processes. Ability to performpreventive maintenanceand basic security checks. Excellentcommunication and customer serviceskills. Strongdocumentation and reportingabilities. Professional certifications such asCompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL, Microsoft, or CCNAare a plus.
