About the Role:

We are looking for a Manual QA (Software Tester) with exceptional attention to detail to join our team in a highly integrated role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on following structured checklists, validating that customer configurations match specifications, and ensuring every customer launch is smooth and error-free.

You'll be the last line of defense before a customer goes live—verifying surveys, checking portals, making API calls to external systems for data validation, confirming data flows, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute pre-launch checklists to ensure all elements are correctly configured before customer onboarding.
• Review and validate surveys to confirm they match client requirements.
• Verify that data flows correctly between integrated systems (e.g., dashboards, API's, portals, CRMs).
• Document and track any issues, inconsistencies, or missing configurations.
• Collaborate closely with customer success, implementation, and engineering teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain clear records of QA status and provide timely updates on launch readiness.
• Act as a quality gatekeeper for all customer-facing elements during setup.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in manual QA, software testing, or operations support.
• High attention to detail; you naturally catch inconsistencies and edge cases.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain structured documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable switching between tools and systems (e.g., survey platforms, admin portals, CRMs).
• Experience with calling API's with tools such as Postman or cURL.
• Self-motivated and organized with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with customer onboarding or implementation teams.
• Familiarity with basic data validation or API responses (e.g., via browser dev tools or Postman).
• Understanding of how data flows between systems (basic integration logic).
• Experience using tools like Github, or Jira for task tracking.
• Use and set up of data analytics via Tableau, QuickSight, Power BI tools
