  • 5-7 years of Expereience in Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Module
  • Must have experience in BlueYonder Warehouse Management application support (L2, L3 Issues)
  • Must have experience in resolving complex issues in BlueYonder WMS
  • Must have experience on BlueYonder WMS module enhancements
  • Knowledge on End to End Supplychain operations
  • Ability to handle the support activities and take overall charge to ensure timely resolution of the issues raised.
  • Responsible and takes ownership for issues and co-ordinate with offshore
  • MS SQL knowledge to analyse performance issues
  • Windows Server side support knowledge to monitor services, performance etc.
  • Willing to work on-call support in AMS
  • Good communication skills ( English)
