Job Title: Project Manager (Architecture & Urban Planning) – Full-TimeLocation: RemoteHours: Part-time to start → transition to full-time within 2 weeksRole OverviewOur client company is a US-based company. They are seeking a sharp, proactive Project Manager to support architecture, urban planning, and hospitality/public building projects. This role acts as the central point of coordination between clients, designers, and general contractors to ensure projects stay on track, on time, and aligned with scope.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary communication link between clients, designers, and general contractorsTrack project timelines, deliverables, and milestonesFollow up with contractors and consultants on task progress and outstanding itemsEnsure project execution aligns with plans, scope, and deadlinesIdentify risks, delays, or issues early and escalate appropriatelyProvide clear status updates, process documentation, and feedback reports to the business ownerMaintain organized records of communications, timelines, and project documentationQualificationsFluent English (spoken and written)Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skillsBasic understanding of contractor-related tasks (construction workflows, timelines, deliverables)Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountableIntermediate proficiency in CanvaPrior experience in architecture, construction, urban planning, or hospitality projects is a strong plusIntermediate level of proficiency in CanvaPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience in architecture, urban planning, construction, hospitality, or public building projectsExperience working with design teams and general contractorsFamiliarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar)Experience supporting founders or business owners in a client-facing project management roleAbility to transition quickly from part-time to full-time in a fast-moving environmentAdditional Information:Start part-time, with a planned transition to full-time within 2 weeks based on performanceFully remote, working closely with the business owner and project stakeholders such as designers and general contractors.
