Role: Full Stack Software Engineer (PHP/HTML/CSS/JavaScript) Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 12+ months
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Work Hours: PST (Must be open to supporting UK Time zone on occasion)
Location: 100% Remote - (Candidates can work from anywhere in LATAM Countries)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer who can work autonomously, take ownership of projects, and deliver high-quality solutions end-to-end. You will build features from scratch, collaborate across time zones, and contribute to both code quality and team processes.

What You’ll Do
Develop and ship small to mid-sized features as the sole engineer
Take full ownership of assigned work from concept to delivery
Help plan and scope new projects
Review and provide feedback on Pull Requests
Write clean, reusable, and testable code
Create and maintain internal documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Must-Have Qualifications
6+ years of professional full-stack development experience
Strong proficiency in PHP and HTML/CSS/JavaScript
Extensive experience with Laravel and Vue
Solid understanding of SQL/MySQL
Experience with Git/GitHub
Capable of building solutions from scratch with minimal direction
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail and code quality
Fluent in written and spoken English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with distributed teams across time zones
Highly organized with strong prioritization skills
Thrives in autonomous environments

Nice-to-Have Experience
Inertia.js
Tailwind CSS
AWS / Serverless infrastructure
CI/CD pipelines and automation
Experience integrating payment platforms such as PayPal, Braintree, Adyen, or Square
Working in cross-functional product teams
